CLASS PASSES
Expiry Period: all passes have a 90-day expiry from first use, apart from the Try Offer (14 days). Passes must be used within one year from purchase. Any unused passes (after 12 months) may be reactivated if another multi-class pass is purchased.
Redeeming Expired Classes: Any expired classes can be redeemed if subsequently a 5 (or higher) class pass is purchased within three months of the expiry of the old pass.
Expiry Commencement: the expiry period of all passes commences from attendance at your first class, not from date of purchase.
Freezing Expiry Period: Suspension of expiry periods can be applied, in cases of illness or injury or because of work / travel, if requested via email beforehand. Pass suspensions cannot be applied retrospectively.
Try Offer: this pass is strictly a one off and first attendance offer only for students new to Iyengar yoga.
While this is an ‘unlimited’ offer, no more than one class a day can be attended on this pass.
New Student Offer: this pass is for new students to the school and can be used at any class, however it is a first purchase offer only (apart from Intro Course Pass purchases).
Introductory Course: purchasing and attending an Introductory Course entitles subsequent one-time purchase of the New Student Offer.
Refunds and Transfers: All passes are non-refundable and while complete passes can be transferred to another customer, classes within a pass are non-transferrable.
MEMBERSHIP
Minimum term: membership can be cancelled at any time after two fortnightly debits have been deducted.
First payment: will be deducted on the Monday on or after sign up - Ezypay apply a $2.21 loading fee to your first payment.
Ongoing payments: will be deducted via your chosen bank account or credit card every Monday fortnight and a pass will be assigned to your Central Yoga School (Punchpass) account. Bronze members will be assigned a 2 class pass every fortnight, Silver members will be assigned a 4 class pass, Gold members a 6 class pass, and Platinum members will receive an unlimited pass. Any additional classes taken on top of your assigned classes will be added to your next fortnightly debit.
Ezypay deduct a $1.11 loading fee to each debit if funds are taken from your bank account. A $0.43 + 1.86% loading fee applies to each debit if you are paying via Visa or Mastercard. A $0.43 + 2.52% loading fee applies to each debit if you are paying via American Express.
Making Up Missed Classes: If you miss a class (or classes) you are able to 'make up' that missed class (or classes) at any time for the length of your membership. For example, if you are on Bronze Membership and miss attending one week you will be able to use that class to attend a second class in a future week.
Suspending Your Membership: You may suspend your membership if you are going on holiday, travelling for business, or unable to attend due to incapacitation, however prior notice must given via email.
Extra classes: You can attend extra classes on top of the membership option chosen at the same per class rate of the membership option chosen. If you have chosen the Bronze membership option a second class may be attended during that week at the Bronze per class rate. If you have chosen the Silver membership option a third class may be attended at the Silver per class rate, etc.
Platinum Membership: while this is an unlimited pass, no more than one class a day can be attended on this membership type.
Failed Payments: Ezypay applies a $16.39 fee to all failed payments, so please make sure sufficient funds are available in your account and any changes to your account are passed on via email.
