Level 1: for those in their first 12 months of Iyengar yoga practice.

Level 2: for regular students who have more than 12 months of consistent Iyengar yoga practice.

Level 3: for committed students with at least 18 months of consistent Iyengar yoga practice looking to be challenged.

Introductory Course: an introduction to Iyengar yoga - held first full weekend of each month.

Self-Practice: for experienced practitioners looking to develop their home practice.

Pranayama: for experienced practitioners looking to explore the subtle power of the breath.

Restorative: open to all levels, longer holding of poses with extensive usage of props.
